01 When does ESPR actually kick in?
The EU Central DPP Registry goes live 19 July 2026. Textile-specific delegated acts expected Q2 2027 with an 18-month transition window. Brands that wait struggle to backfill data.
02 Do I need a workspace per brand or per legal entity?
Per economic operator (the entity placing the product on the EU market). One workspace can hold multiple product lines; ESPR Article 9 identifies the operator via EORI / VAT / EUID / LEI.
03 What about my existing PIM or Shopify catalogue?
Shopify product-sync webhook + CSV importer for any other source. AI also drafts products from spec-sheet PDFs and hangtag photos so backfilling legacy SKUs is fast.
04 Who owns the data?
You do. Your tenant data is logically isolated, passport JSON is exportable any time, regulator export builds a portable ZIP bundle on demand. GDPR Article 15 + 17 endpoints first-class.
05 Is AI usage capped?
Every plan includes a per-month AI assist budget. When you hit the cap, AI features pause until the next billing period — no surprise bills.
06 What happens when I cancel?
Your passports keep resolving (so consumers who scanned QR codes don't get a broken link), but you can't make new edits. Export your data any time; held read-only for 90 days then purged.
